HRRL

The Hampshire Road Race League (HRRL) is an annual series of twelve road races from September to May, open to all runners from clubs across Hampshire. Distances range from 5 to 13.1 miles (8 to 21.1 km), welcoming runners of all abilities. It’s a great way to challenge yourself, stay motivated, and improve your running. Join us for an exciting season!

Club teams earn points based on the performance of their runners, with the series culminating in awards for the top-placed teams in each league. Clubs can field multiple teams, encouraging participation from runners of all skill levels, abilities, and ages. In addition to team scoring, individuals also earn points based on their race finish positions. Separate leagues exist for both women and men, offering competitive opportunities for teams and individual runners alike.

Following our success in the Hampshire League, Alton Runners aims to field 3 men’s teams and 2 women’s team throughout the season.
