The annual membership fee for 2025/26 is £37, due by 1st April 2025. This includes:
£17 for Alton Runners membership
£20 for England Athletics registration
New members are welcome to join at any time of the year. Fees depend on when you join:

You pay the full annual fee for your category, but you won’t need to renew again until April 2027.
* A Second Claim Member is someone who is already a member of another athletics club and pays their England Athletics fee through that club.
** Young Members (16–17) who want to compete in league races must register as England Athletics Affiliated. Those who only wish to train with the club can choose the non-affiliated option.
