Track sessions are back for a limited period.
Open to all levels and abilities. The sessions are designed to improve your running economy, pace and endurance in a safe and professional environment.
The club is funding the track hire, all we ask is participants make a small donation to help cover these costs. The fee per session is £3 per person, or £10 if you book all four sessions. Please pay Alistair's club kit account with your subs.
