After lengthy discussions and receiving advice from England Athletics it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to suspend training sessions until the end of April.
We recommend that you carry on running but avoid running with others if possible or run in small groups keeping a fair distance between yourselves.
If there are any changes to this we will let you know as soon as possible or if we can come up with a better way to run as a group we will let you know and if someone has some ideas just let us know.
