Endurance Hills - 20 mins long and steady up (run, jog or fast hike up the hill, aiming to keep the effort consistent all the way through). Jog or walk down recovery. 20 mins long ans steady down (The recovery is the up so walk or slow jog up, then fast down)

Please bring a headtorch as the woods will be getting dark by the end of this session!
